How to read these
All three case studies were delivered by Myridius, formerly RCG Global Services, into The Walt Disney Company. The employer is the consultancy; Disney is the client. The role named on each study is the client-side title for that period.

Disney employees depended on manual handling to route and close internal requests. Turnaround was unpredictable and there was little visibility into where a request had stalled.

Disney Visa cardholders receive offers and discounts, which requires a service that can decide what a given cardholder is entitled to and produce that outcome on demand. This is revenue-adjacent logic, not a read-only lookup.

Dining and activity booking is used by guests and by Cast members, and it spans multiple services and squads. The constraint is coordination rather than a single hard technical problem.

This site does not invent metrics. Where the work has no recorded, verifiable outcome, that is stated plainly rather than filled with a plausible-looking figure.
Each study describes the problem, the constraints that shaped it, and the decisions taken. Where quantified results exist they are listed; where they do not, the study says so.
Hire me
I take on a small number of engagements alongside my current role, and I am open to the right full-time position. Either way, the work that suits me best is owning a hard problem end to end and dealing directly with the people it affects.
Project or retainer
Senior hands on a defined problem — designing or rescuing an API, integrating payments or booking systems, or replacing a manual operation with automation. Scoped, delivered, and handed over with the documentation to run it.
Open to the right role
Technical Lead or Architect positions where I am accountable for delivery and work directly with stakeholders — the same shape as my current Disney engagement, which has held for over five years.
Based in Olongapo City (UTC+8). Five years working with US-based teams means I overlap comfortably with APAC and with the US morning, and I am used to operating on their hours when a delivery needs it.
